25 years in the NHS and starting in surgery and anaesthesia has if anything taught me one HUGE thing: patient care and safety come above everything. Thatā€™s why I brought that standard to The Zest Clinic. I didn't want a high-turnover clinic; I wanted a place where I could take my time with every single person who walks through the door.
