At 35, after years of battling injuries, Vicky Losada feared her football career might be coming to an end. Persistent hamstring pain was affecting both her performance and her confidence on the pitch.
Through a personalised treatment plan with Rome Physio, including Indiba and K-Laser therapy, Vicky began to see the progress she had been hoping for. After several sessions, she was finally able to move
forward with confidence and focus on returning to the game she loves.
We're incredibly grateful to Vicky for sharing her story and wish her every success on her journey back to the pitch.

Moshe Feldenkrais was a man and a genius who, long before many others, understood the potential of the brain and neuroplasticity.
He was a precursor to what neuroscience has only recently discovered: the brain can create neuronal connections right up until the last day of life. This means that it can learn until the very end and, consequently, can change habits of movement, posture, reactions to life’s events, emotional states, and can enhance performance in the arts and sports, as well as aid in recovery from trauma and neurological dysfunctions.
He was the inventor of the method that bears his name, which has already benefited thousands of people, both adults and children, even after his passing, through hundreds of teachers who have followed in his footsteps.
Happy birthday, Moshe, and thank you for this incredible legacy. Happy birthday Moshe ❤️❤️🙏🙏

• l’estensione laterale dell’acromion

🌼 Spring into Action:
Knee Care for Runners! 🏃‍♂️ 🏃🏿‍♀️ 🌸
As the running season kicks off
We want to help you!
Prevent knee pain and enjoy every step of your journey!
Here at Rome Physio Clinic, we have some essential tips to keep your knees happy and healthy:
1. Stretch Before and After Running:
Incorporating dynamic stretching before your run warms up your muscles and enhances flexibility. Post-run static stretching helps in recovery and reduces stiffness.
2. Use a Massage Ball: Target your trigger points with a massage ball! This can enhance blood flow, release muscle tension, and improve overall performance. Spend a few minutes rolling out your calves, hamstrings, and glutes for better knee support.
Let’s embrace the great outdoors while taking care of our bodies! Remember: Prevention is key!
Happy running, everyone! 🏅💙
