With a 15:56 5km PB we knew the data would be impressive… but just how far can he go?

A pleasure to announce a collaboration with as he pushes to go even further and faster than before, with the data to support it 📈

And if you want to unlock your potential, use code ECHARD15 for 15% off your performance testing 🏃‍♂️

JOGLE: Day 14 🏁
56km // 1,326km (800+miles) accumulated.
13 days 9 hours.

Misogi: a ritual of self-discovery through an extreme challenge with a high risk of failure.

Today, I finished mine, running the entire length of the UK. The goal was never to prove anything to the world. It was to find out who I am when everything hurts, when every step feels impossible, and when the walls are closing in.

I will post a more detailed debrief in the coming days but again thank you to everyone that has donated, messaged and/or ran along side me in the last 2 weeks. I’m grateful for you all.

It’s time for me to see my dog and disappear into the alps with Jasnoor.

JOGLE: Day 7 ✅
100km // 714km accumulated.

What a support crew I have. and Rupert Lowther from PWR Endure decided to drive up 4+ hours despite me saying it might not be worth it to support me in what I though was going to be a right off day. Their vibe, energy and confidence in me, did wonders. Ollie hit a 50 mile distance pb and Rupert joined the entire day for the 100km. Finishing just before midnight then they’re both back to Bristol to head back to work. Boys thankyou so much.

A true testament to; ‘tomorrow is a new day’. On another note we also had Michael; a man who competed JOGLE at 70 years old joint in for 12 miles to share his experience.

Having Jasnoor in the van 24/7 has felt like it’s lifted so much weight off my shoulders and she will never understand how much I appreciate her.

So many messages of support it’s overwhelming, I read every single one and I’m grateful to be able to inspire.

JOGLE: Day 4 ✅
120km // 400km accumulated.

Purposefully suffering is a privilege. To be able to intentionally drag yourself through pain, discomfort and suffering is one of the biggest privileges we can ask for. I do this for the people that suffer without a choice. What I’m doing is with intention and I have a choice. Today try and spare a moment for the people that suffer without a choice.
