Our time with you has been especially reserved, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to reschedule or cancel, that's why we message and email you with appointment reminders, confirmations and consultations forms. e under its terms and conditions. All appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours require 50% of the original booking paid before any future appointment can be made. All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 12hours require 100% of the original booking paid before any future appointment can be made. Being over 20minutes late for your appointment is classed as a no show and a 100% of the original booking paid before any future appointment can be made. However, the appointment may still continue at the stylist or therapist’s discretion and their time available. Speak to our team if you need to reschedule, cancel or have any questions.
