I’ll be running my October Wild Seasons Rituals at Barefoot and Bower on Saturday 17th and I’d love to see you there 🔥

I style my guided sessions around the month, using botanicals, refreshments and aromas that are abundant this time of year to help us honour the season and give pause throughout our year to come back to ourselves, rest, restore and revitalise once again.

The truly wild backdrop of the forest and the lake makes these sessions really special, and capped at 4 people makes in a really personalised experience.
