Elizabeth will be giving a relaxed introduction to kinesiology, explaining a little about how she works and how muscle testing can be used to explore the connections between the body, mind and emotions.
She will also demonstrate some simple techniques and share practical self-help ideas that you can try for yourself.

Xquisite Spaces Uk started 6 years ago, founded by our incredible Louise! Since then, the team has grown to include Bethany, Poppy & Iris 🌼

We are a small but mighty team, and all super passionate about what we do here 🌟
