She would like to go out to The Mall for a cup of tea and cream cake once per week on either a Monday, Wednesday or Friday 10-12.

£14.50/hour inc. hol pay.

Today marks the start of World Alzheimer's Month.

In light of this, we wanted to share Emma's story, Best Life's Founder and Managing Director.

"When I lost my grandfather, my grandmother’s independence quickly declined. Without easy access to transport, home support, or a solution that suited her needs, she moved into a care home. Sadly, this is a common reality for many families. I lost my mum to cancer when I was just nine years old, so my nan, Pat, was very important to me.

When my Grandmother began showing signs of dementia, we looked for support, but not a lot existed. Eventually, she was moved into a care home, not because she needed to be there, but because there was nowhere else for her to go. That’s why I created Best Life, to create the kind of support I wish Pat had, and that every person deserves.”

As a business with a strong social purpose, we hope to support as many people as we can to live their best lives.

This month, check in on your friends, your neighbours, your colleagues. Alzheimer's can sometimes be hidden, but it doesn't need to be❤️‍🩹

We loved welcoming The Worthy Voices to the Winterbourne Club today. Thank you so much!🌟

What a lovely morning! 🤩🎶

A little contingent of The Worthy Voices had the pleasure of singing for Best Life Companions at the Greenfield Centre today, and what an uplifting morning it was.

We absolutely loved seeing everyone getting involved, singing along, clapping and even having a little dance! 🥰 There were plenty of smiles all round and it really warmed our hearts.

It felt so good to be able to give something back to our local community and share a bit of joy through music. After all, that’s exactly what The Worthy Voices is all about. 💙

The Winterbourne Club were pleased to experience a royal visit from Tudor Royalty Experience & Tudor Queens Wardrobe last week👑

One of our lovely support workers volunteered to get dressed up in authentic Tudor dress and clients were able to experience a little bit of historical magic!💫

At Best Life, we are committed to supporting the next generation through work experience and student placements. 🌱

We have recently said goodbye to Oscar, who spent 3 months working with the team planning and delivering marketing content. This included the creation of the Best Life Podcast, a project which we supported him to create over the course of his placement. 🎙
