Protect yourself and your loved ones this winter!
Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are now available at Magna Pharmacy, Lockleaze on the NHS

🧴 Who is Eligible for a FREE NHS Flu Vaccine

You can get a free flu jab if you are any of the following:

✅ Pregnant women
✅ Children and young people (2–18 age criteria)
✅ Aged 65 years and over
✅ Aged 18–64 with certain long-term health conditions
✅ Residents in care homes
✅ Carers (including main carers or those receiving carer’s allowance)
✅ Live with someone who has a weakened immune system
✅ Frontline health and social care workers

🦠 Who is Eligible for a FREE NHS COVID-19 Vaccine

This season the COVID booster is offered to those at highest risk:

🔹 Adults aged 75 years and over
🔹 Residents in care homes for older adults
🔹 Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed (weakened immune system)

> ❗Note: COVID-19 vaccine eligibility has changed this year — many people who were eligible previously (e.g., younger adults with long-term conditions) may no longer qualify under current NHS guidance.
