Fresh flowers and thoughtful touches in Chelsea. You will hear lots of our practice managers referring to their centres as a 'home-from-home' - and that's not a coincidence. We are committed to creating a space that feels easy, comfortable, cared for, and somewhere that we, and you, can take pride in.

Chelsea is one of our newest centres and, situated at the Chelsea end of Fulham Road, is in a wonderful location. Come and visit us! Head to our website to book a viewing with Ronna

Starting our week with a rainbow over Shoreditch 🌈 and a beautiful gold mural. A reminder that the destination might not always look like we expected, but there is beauty to be found when we open our hearts to it.

So proud of all 12 of our unique, beautiful and carefully-curated London centres, managed with such love and care by our wonderful practice managers. Each of whom infuses their centre with their own warmth, creative flair and gentle holding.

Swipe to take a little alphabetical tour from P - Z (A - L featured last week, Facebook wouldn't let us post more than six!) and hear from each practice manager about what makes their centre so special.

A reminder that membership to one London centre is membership to them all, with several centres being just five to fifteen minutes away from each other. Meaning you can expand your practice as it grows with ease, and plenty of options!

Our newest, long-awaited centre in Sheffield opened during the summer on Wilkinson Street, just round the corner from Broomfield Road.

Situated in a Grade II listed building, with 13 rooms, a large therapist’s kitchen and common room, as well as considerable on-site parking, it promises to be a really beautiful home for your therapeutic practice.

Managed by Tracey Henstock, the long-standing practice manager at the original Broomfield Rd, also ensures beautiful continuity of care in the ever-expanding The Practice Rooms family.

Greeting the week with seasonal touches at our light, airy and gently peaceful centre in Wimbledon. Despite being mere moments from the tube and train station, walking into this centre feels like sinking into a different rhythm, where stillness, healing and connection run through every room.
