Can you believe it’s the Summer Solstice this weekend? It has arrived so quickly ☀️

I’ve been very busy with the best clients and the very best students ✨

Creating Sprays is always a joy, plus I’m on day 33 of a 40 day Subagh Kriya, which is a series of movements, breathwork and mantra to enhance abundance and clear energetic blocks, I’m loving it 🧘🏻‍♀️

Tomorrow I’m off to spend time in the most beautiful surroundings of Tuscany with dear friends, to continue to clear my body and field and connect with inner purity.

Your health really is your wealth and I definitely don’t take it for granted, which is why I invest in the BEST retreats.

I can’t wait to be in the peace and warmth of the Italian sun ☀️

I won’t be on here and I may not pick up messages until I return, so I’m thankful for your patience and understanding as I take this time for myself.

Just spent the last couple of days away from the noise in the gentle arms of Mother Nature.

Collecting the sacred waters from the Chalice Well for my Energy (Aura) Sprays. Such a blessing.

So good to step away from the fakers and the drama queens. I have watched those who take another’s work and present it as their own. I’ve seen it so many times. Sooooo boring 🥱

I live and work in authenticity and peace. My work is heart led and will continue to be so.

I am grateful and excited for what’s to come 🙏

What an amazing way to spend a Saturday!

Thank you to all the souls who joined me to Discover Homeopathy.

I get so excited every time I teach this course.

The power of natural healing, the gifts from Mother Earth never ceases to amaze me and I LOVE sharing this with others.

It empowers us, helps us to make knowledgable decisions in those crisis moments.

Next month we continue on the Homeopathic Journey. A deeper dive into the philosophy of homeopathy and a deeper understanding of the power of the medicines.
