Mae alerts Laura when she is about to faint due to PoTS and thanks to her early warnings she has been able to complete her PhD studies, reconnect with friends and go on holiday among many other things.

After she's alerted, stopping Laura from getting injured and needing hospitalisation, she has added a bonus move to her repertoire - kindly fetching her high value treats should there be ANY risk WHATSOEVER that she doesn't receive them IMMEDIATELY.
