Thank you all for your previous work you have been doing with us, we will use your work for our video, so if you havnt done already can you do me a picture of yourself holding a positive quote up? ..

Il be doing a new activity for you all to join in, called possitive Friday !!
so on a Friday I will post any song requested by you at 10 am and I will use ur picture holding your quote up you have already done as the positive quote for that day or you could even send me a short video of you sending out a positive message . It's a great way to start the weekend and for you to inspire everyone it is important we all keep smiling and stay positive 😊

Please look out for activities and join in with everyone post your pictures, and let us no how your doing and any ideas let me no...

Me and riley are loving all the rocks you have done so far.. our amber glam rock trail is growing its amazing how many people in the bromsgrove and catshill area has joined in with Amber glam too..
