We’re looking to grow the team!

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist or Sports Rehabilitation Clinician to join our clinic in Bromsgrove.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with a wide range of injuries - from general aches and pains to gym and sports-related issues - and wants to help people get back to doing what they enjoy.

We take a straightforward, patient-centred approach, focusing on clear assessment, practical rehab, and long-term results.

Clinic hours:
– Monday 4–8pm
– Wednesday 1–7pm

These are fixed sessions, so consistency is important.

You’ll be joining a small, supportive team in a well-established clinic, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.

Who you spend time with matters more than you might think.

Research shows that the behaviours of our closest friends, family and partners are contagious. If the people around us are physically active, eat well, prioritise sleep and look after themselves, we’re much more likely to do the same. The opposite is true too - unhealthy habits can spread through our social networks.

But it’s not just health habits that rub off on us. We also model the emotional behaviours of those closest to us. Calm, resilient people can help us regulate stress and navigate challenges more effectively, while relationships filled with conflict, negativity or chronic stress can influence our own emotional wellbeing and even our physical health.

Our social circle shapes how we cope with setbacks, whether we stick to exercise or rehabilitation programmes, and how motivated we feel to make positive changes.

So if you’re investing in your health, don’t just think about what you’re eating or how you’re moving. Think about who you’re spending your time with. The people around you influence your habits, your mindset and your resilience - often without either of you realising it.

There’s something about open water swimming that just hits differently. 🏊‍♀️

Cold toes, questionable entries, and the occasional mouthful of lake water aside, spending time immersed in nature has a way of clearing the mind as much as it wakes up the body.

I always come out feeling calmer, refreshed, and with a big smile on my face.

It’s a reminder that moving our bodies doesn’t always have to be about exercise or performance…..sometimes it’s simply about enjoying the moment.

You know when you’re halfway through a walk and you start noticing your knee more than the view?

Or when your back reminds you about yesterday’s bike ride, tennis or paddleboard session?

Many of the people we see are busy professionals who love being active. They enjoy getting outdoors, exploring new places, walking the dog, tackling a hill, or saying ‘yes’ to the next adventure.
