High blood sugar over time can cause nerve damage, which means you might not feel a minor foot injury until it becomes serious❗️

🩹 A – Accident: Did you knock or scrape your foot?
🔍 C – Change: New redness, swelling or shape changes?
🌡️ T – Temperature: Is one foot hotter or colder than the other?
⚡ N – New pain: Any new aches, tingling or shooting pain?
💧 O – Oozing: Fluid, weeping or an unusual smell?
🩹 W – Wound: Cuts, blisters, cracks or scratches?
⚠️ Don’t ignore the warning signs.
