What an inspiration u are to everyone in our North Skelton group 🫶🏼
Naomi joined us in october and achieved her target 🎯 weightloss of 3 STONE in march by FOOD OPTIMISING.

Naomi said when she joined that she had no intention of giving up her weekly curry treat that was made for & enjoyed by the family so used her daily SWIP allowance to incorporate this into the plan …. a few words from Naomi for anyone thinking of joining slimmingworld ….

‘Do it, it's the best thing I have ever done. I didn't give up anything I liked. I had a home made Indian meal every week (included double cream and butter!) and when I went out for a meal I was careful with what I chose, but never gave up a meal out with the family. Nights out still happened, I just stuck to my SWIPS and if I went over had a very good day the day after.

All I can say is do it, it's life changing in more ways than a dress size or 2 and Sam is there to support you from the beginning to the end and beyond’
