Super excited to announce this 💚

I've used and loved Tropic products for years, when I became a Holistic Therapist one of the most important things for me was to use products on my clients that were natural, cruelty free, and actually good for their skin.

With Autumn setting in and the festive season fast approaching, like me, you may notice your diary becoming more full than usual with the extra work, social and family commitments this time of year brings.

Some of my favourite ways to feel like I’m taking care of myself during this busy period include small things such as making sure I’m drinking enough water and moving my body each day, getting enough sleep and trying to disconnect from social media and other tech before bed.

Having a self-care to-do list helps me feel calmer and more relaxed when life starts to get busy, allowing me to keep going and get things done without feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

In September 2023 I began my Reiki journey and in June 2024, I was lucky enough to spend nearly a month travelling around Japan, whilst there I visited Mount Kurama, the birthplace of Reiki.

We allowed for a full day hiking and climbed to the top, the energy of the mountain was truly special and the views and sights along the way inspiring, we even had time to meditate among the tree roots before our decent.

It was a wonderful experience and one I will treasure for years to come.

If you are ever in Japan I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful place.
