We are losing too many beautiful people because they believe that how they are feeling is something to be ashamed of, or that no one will understand, or that they are alone... I am so sorry that society has taught you that reaching out is a sign of weakness, I am so sorry if available services failed you and I am so sorry that you feel so isolated...
Today is everyone I know in my personal and professional life have had times where they have struggled mentally, most have been lucky enough to get through it,
some have not...

Strength is not defined by the ability not to break, or be wounded, or feel broken... it is defined by our choice to get back up, to heal no matter how painful and to try again... Sometimes we have to keep trying, keep healing and keep letting go until we feel differently.
Therapy is your safety net, your torch and the hand to hold on to when you feel unsteady loves you are strong even in your weakness & please get in touch if you would like support

TOXICITY comes in a variety of forms... sometimes it is not glaringly obvious.
Subtlety can be just as damaging, if your relationship feels "off", if your partner is behaving in ways that are making you unhappy, please get in touch, you deserve to feel good about yourself and you deserve emotional support

Projecting is almost guaranteed to create friction, irritation and conflict... It is certainly easier to project our feelings and reactions by directing fault and blame externally rather than look internally... But in the long run you will simply damage your relationships with others, you will find yourself trapped in a cycle and never finding the balance and happiness you deserve.
Be encouraged that Therapy will support your internal journey and it doesn't have to be scary, let me help you find a balanced future

Looking back with forgiveness can mitigate our trauma responses, I don't believe you have to forgive others, but so often we carry guilt and shame for things that we were not responsible for, forgive yourself...
Looking forward, envisioning your future, setting goals/ taking positive steps are ways we can take ownership of our future, choice is something we can cultivate through therapy...
Being present, living each new day as it comes, finding new ways to approach life is the key to progression, therapy gives you the foundation to build a new vision by supporting you in your immediate environment and your present feelings...
