What if the future of natural beauty is actually ancient?

We’re introducing something new at The Little Buckingham Clinic.

THE ACU FACIAL™ — a specialist facial rejuvenation treatment bringing together the principles of Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda in one carefully considered ritual.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture forms the foundation of the treatment, with electroacupuncture where appropriate, followed by individually selected Ayurvedic facial oils — including traditional preparations such as Kumkumadi or Kumari — and therapeutic Kansa facial work.

This isn’t simply another beauty facial.

The Acu Facial™ has been developed and is delivered by LBC founder Dr Simi Godagama, a senior acupuncturist with over 30 years’ clinical experience, bringing decades of needling expertise together with her background in traditional medicine and Ayurveda.

Our philosophy is simple: work with the face you have. Nourish it. Stimulate it. Care for it.

We’re looking for 12 Founding Faces.

Before the official launch, we’re inviting 12 people to experience our initial six-treatment programme and help us document its results.

Meet Debbie – Our New Integrative Therapist 🌿

We’re delighted to welcome Debbie to The Little Buckingham Clinic, joining us from Monday 14th September.

Debbie is an Integrative Therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), bringing together psychology, body awareness and creativity within a personalised, trauma-informed approach.

Originally a practising artist, Debbie’s fascination with the relationship between the body, brain and visual perception led her from Fine Art into therapeutic practice. Following her own life-changing experience with Multiple Sclerosis, she retrained as a therapist and has since supported both adults and children across a diverse range of settings.

Grounded in Gestalt therapy, Debbie adapts her work to the individual rather than taking a “one size fits all” approach, helping clients build self-awareness and resilience, explore internal conflicts and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

🎨 She also continues her creative practice and runs Mindfulness Art as Therapy drawing workshops, bringing together creativity and wellbeing.

We’re very pleased to have Debbie joining the LBC team. 💚
