My name is Ryan Tychowski and I am the owner of Apex Fitness and Nutrition. I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years and recently completed a masters degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University. Nutrition is a huge component of physical fitness and understanding when and what to eat is fundamental to making improvements. My masters degree sets me apart from o

ther fitness professionals as I I am now in an elite group of practitioners in this country who have studied nutrition to a high level.

Signed a few of my clients up recently to the new Boditrax machine in the gym 😎. It’s a machine that measures a multitude of different metrics, including muscle mass, body fat percentage and metabolic age. My clients Matt and Mike were chuffed last week as both come out as 14 years younger than their actual ages! Check out those smiles 😂

Good bit of kit and gives me some good data going forward to use for all my clients who sign up to it 🤓

Missed my usual Sunday morning admin (sorry clients!) for a day out at the Only Fools and Horses convention 2026 😁. I’m a giant fan of the show, which I got into during Covid. Had the best day meeting some of the big stars of the show including Cassandra and Raquel 😎. And some of the characters who only appeared in a few episodes but were so memorable! Last pic is my fav and was the last one of the day. I introduced myself as Ryan to the chap who played the character Tony Angelino, who famously couldn’t pronounce his R’s! So he said you mean “Wyan” 😂. Really tickled me that 😂. To see Sir David Jason on stage dressed up in “Del Boy” gear was a real treat too. Brilliant day 😊
