This is one of those results that really demonstrates what's possible when you treat the skin at a structural level rather than just the surface.

This patient came to us concerned about the crepiness and fine lines around the eye area, along with a general loss of firmness and skin quality that had been building over time.

After a course of Profhilo Structura, you can see a significant improvement in skin laxity, the fine lines have softened considerably, and the overall texture looks smoother, firmer, and healthier.

What makes Profhilo Structura different from a traditional filler is that it isn't adding volume or changing anything structural.

It's working at a deeper level to physically support the tissue underneath while simultaneously stimulating the skin's own collagen and elastin production. The results develop progressively over the weeks following treatment, which is why what you see here continues to improve even further with time.

The eye area is one of the most delicate zones on the face, and it's also one of the first places to show the effects of collagen loss, particularly during and after menopause when oestrogen decline directly affects skin thickness and elasticity.

This is exactly why I love Profhilo Structura for patients at this stage, because it works with what's biologically happening rather than simply masking it.

If skin laxity or crepiness around the eyes is something you've been noticing and haven't been sure what to do about, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and let's take a proper look together πŸ’Œ

What you come in asking for and what I actually recommend aren't always the same thing.

It happens at almost every consultation. A patient comes in certain they need filler when actually their skin needs hydration and quality work first.

The eye area looks tired but it's not movement that's the problem, it's thinning skin and loss of texture. Pigmentation that's been building for years needs IPL to shift it properly, not just a peel.

What this means is that understanding what's actually driving a concern, rather than treating what's visible on the surface, is what makes the difference between a result that feels right and one that doesn't land πŸ‘‰πŸΌ

If you'd like that kind of honest, considered assessment for your own skin, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and let's have a proper conversation πŸ’Œ

Choosing who to trust with your face is a big decision, and in an industry with so many options, so many offers, and so much noise, it can be really hard to know what actually sets one clinic apart from another.

So rather than another treatment breakdown or before and after, I wanted to share something a bit more personal.

The five things that sit at the absolute core of how we work here, the ones we won't move on regardless of trends, pressure, or what anyone else is doing.

I think you should know what you're walking into before you book anywhere, including here πŸ‘‰πŸΌ

If the way we work resonates with what you've been looking for, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and let's have a proper conversation about your skin πŸ’Œ

If your skin has been looking red, dull, and a little rough around the edges no matter what you put on it, this is a really good example of what the right in-clinic treatment can do.

The IllumiFacial combines IPL technology with a bespoke facial to target redness, pigmentation, and skin quality in a single session.

The IPL works by delivering controlled pulses of light into the skin to calm visible redness and break down uneven pigment, while the facial element supports hydration and overall skin health at the same time.

It's comfortable, there's no real downtime, and results build progressively with each session.

We'd typically support a course of IllumiFacial with a medical-grade homecare regimen from Obagi Medical to maintain results and keep the skin in the best possible condition between sessions, because what you do at home matters just as much as what we do in clinic.

If this resonates with where your skin is right now, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and we'll take a proper look together πŸ’Œ

Are you making these skin mistakes without even realising it?

We see it all the time in clinic - people who are consistent, invested, and committed to their skin, but who are unknowingly undermining their own results.

The three most common ones we see? Using the wrong products for your skin, treating symptoms rather than what's actually causing them, and not protecting what you've already invested in.

SPF is non-negotiable if you want your results to last, whether that's your Obagi Medical regimen, a course of IPL, or The Perfect Peel.

If you've been doing everything right and you’re still not getting the results you want with your skin, this is for you…

There's a point in every skin journey where good skincare and healthy habits stop being enough on their own, and in my experience, that point tends to show up in one of three very specific ways:

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Pigmentation that won't shift no matter how consistent you are

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ A redness or unevenness that's become your baseline no matter how much foundation you layer on,

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ That flat, dull complexion that makes you look tired even when you feel completely fine.

All three of these are signs that what's happening in the skin has moved beyond what topical products can reach, and that's exactly where IPL comes in.

If you'd like to find out whether it's the right option for yours, tap the link in bio to book a consultation, or DM us β€œIPL”, and we'll take a proper look together πŸ’Œ

Your 30s are the decade where your skin starts to change in ways you weren't expecting, and also the decade where what you do about it matters most.

The glow that used to come naturally starts to need a little more work, pigmentation from years of sun exposure begins to make itself known, and fine lines appear that weren't there last year.

For a lot of people, the skincare routine that worked brilliantly in their 20s suddenly feels like it's not keeping up, and that's because it probably isn't.

The earlier you understand what's happening and why, the easier it is to manage and the better your skin will look for years to come πŸ‘‰πŸΌ

If any of this sounds familiar, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and let's look at your skin properly and put a plan together that actually makes sense for where you are right now πŸ’Œ

If you've been covering up broken capillaries and thread veins with makeup and assuming it's just something you have to live with, this result might change your mind.

This is a real patient result following a course of IPL for facial thread veins, and the difference speaks for itself. The visible vessels on the cheek has significantly cleared, the redness has calmed, and the overall complexion looks cleaner, more even, and noticeably brighter.

IPL works by targeting the blood vessels causing the redness and delivering light energy that causes them to naturally collapse and be cleared by the body over the following weeks.

Results build progressively with each session, which is why we recommend a course rather than a single treatment.

Thread veins and broken capillaries become more common as we age, and for many of my patients going through perimenopause and menopause, they notice a real increase in facial redness and vascular changes as oestrogen levels shift and the skin becomes more reactive.

This is one of the most treatable concerns we see in clinic, and with the right assessment and the right course of treatment, results like this are absolutely achievable.

If thread veins or facial redness are something you'd like to address properly, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and we'll take a proper look at your skin together πŸ’Œ

Summer is one of the best times to feel good in your skin, but it's also the season where I see the most avoidable damage happening, and usually from the same handful of mistakes.

I'm not here to make you feel guilty for enjoying the sunshine, but if you've spent months investing in your skin, whether that's your Obagi skincare routine, a course of treatments, or both, the last thing you want is a few weeks of holiday habits quietly undoing all of that progress.

Here are the five mistakes I wish more of my patients knew about before summer hits, and what to do instead πŸ‘‰πŸΌ

If you'd like to get your skin properly prepared before the warmer months, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and we'll put a plan together that works with the season, not against it πŸ’Œ
