β οΈ Important Information Regarding Cover-Up Tattoos β οΈ
We kindly ask all clients to inform us at the time of booking if their tattoo is intended to cover an existing tattoo.
Cover-up tattoos require careful planning and assessment before an appointment can be confirmed. The existing tattooβs size, colour, placement, and saturation all affect what can be achieved and whether your chosen design is suitable.
Failure to disclose that a tattoo is a cover-up may result in:
β’ The original quote no longer being valid
β’ Additional time and costs being required
β’ Design changes being necessary
β’ The appointment needing to be rescheduled
β’ In some cases, the tattoo being unsuitable for a cover-up altogether
Please understand that if you arrive at your appointment and we discover that the tattoo is a cover-up that was not disclosed during the booking process, we reserve the right to amend the price, reschedule the appointment, or decline the work if we cannot guarantee a quality result.
Our priority is always to provide the best possible tattoo and ensure our clients leave with work they are proud of. Sending clear photos of any existing tattoos during the enquiry stage allows us to properly assess the project, provide an accurate quote, and ensure the design chosen will achieve the best outcome.
Any cover work that is not disclosed at the time of booking may result in the loss of deposit if the appointment cannot go ahead as planned.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain the high standards we set for all of our work π€
