Wild flower medicine is a truly mindful task. Partly because it takes AGES to harvest and partly because with a lot of it the stab/sting risk is high. Lose concentration and you’ve been got.

That being said I’ve really enjoyed harvesting lately. I’m in a very fortunate position to be able to bring wild (as well as home grown) local medicines to my patients and am working on making my dispensary into one that is entirely UK native abundant plant medicine.

I’m also busy planning my dispensary gardens with these plants in mind and hope to make these amazing medicines available in larger quantities for herbalists in the next year or so - watch this space 🙌🏻
