Before you worry that people think your health ideas are “out there”… even Buckingham Palace has 1-star reviews on Google.
When you teach people to do something different, changing lives with simplicity, science, and soul not everyone will understand it; and that’s okay. If you still believe that doctors have all the answers that’s okay too.

The goal isn’t universal approval. It’s real impact for the people it’s meant for.
