My smudge sticks are ready after having dried for a couple of weeks. These beauties are made with mugwort, yarrow and peonies and smell gorgeous when burned. These will be available for sale at Studio 42 Ltd very soon and im really excited to be sharing the process of making your own smudge sticks at Studio42 on 24th June. All materials are provided and you will also receive your own scallop shell to take away for using as a smudge stick holder 🐚🌸🌿

So excited that Energy Healing and Guidance and I will now be running our Wild Gathering Sound Bath montly on a Friday at Barkway Village Hall. The next date is 10th July at 7.30pm.
