Now I'm really not against the jabs, for the right person they are amazing however use them wisely, look after your body, fuel well, lift weights and grow muscle

Othersie when you are older you will regret it!

A huge amount of elderly people get admitted to hospital because they have fallen, and then broken a bone or damaged a tendon etc

Another amazing Transformation at EHPT

We are delighted to share another fantastic transformation here at EHPT.

Vicky has been training with me since November, and over the last five months, she has made incredible strides in her fitness journey.

By integrating functional weight training into her existing running routine, she has achieved a significantly healthier and more balanced lifestyle.

EHPT Approach

👌We focused on a sustainable strategy to ensure Vicky reached her goals without sacrificing her social life:

🥦Nutritional Optimisation: We worked on refining her nutrition by making "smart swaps." This allowed Vicky to enjoy a higher volume of food while staying within her calorie targets, keeping her feeling fuller for longer.

🏋️Efficient Programming: Vicky attends just one PT session per week. Combined with her participation in our January HIIT challenge, she has proven that impressive results can be achieved with a focused, once-weekly addition to a training schedule.

🍾Flexibility: True progress is about longevity. Vicky maintained her results throughout the Christmas period, various holidays, and weekends away (I'm sure lots of naughty foods and alcohol was involved)
