Last week, we had a lovely trip to Ferring, and the weather was mostly on our side too. We even managed to avoid the rain showers! 🌥️🙌

Everyone enjoyed a relaxing picnic by the coast, taking in the beautiful surroundings and making the most of our time together 🧺💙

There’s nothing quite like the fresh sea air to lift your spirits, it was the perfect setting to unwind, chat, and enjoy the moment. 🌬️🌊

A wonderful day all round and plenty of smiles throughout! 😊

What a beautiful sunny day for our latest Steps and Sights session! 🌞

We started the morning with a lovely trip to Tilgate Park, soaking up the peaceful surroundings and enjoying time outdoors. Then in the afternoon, we ventured on to Sheffield Park, where we were treated to truly stunning grounds and an incredible burst of colour.🌸🌺

The rhododendrons and azaleas were in full bloom, putting on an amazing display that everyone loved. It was the perfect day to explore, take in the sights, and enjoy nature together 💚 🌼✨

Days like these are what it’s all about! 🙌

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along to support our Burnside Craft Stall yesterday! 💙

We are so grateful to everyone who stopped by, had a chat, and purchased some of the fantastic handcrafted items created by the talented people we support. Seeing all the hard work, creativity, and dedication recognised by the community makes it all worthwhile, and we couldn’t be prouder.😍

We would also like to say a massive thank you to Burgess Hill Town Council for organising such an incredible event. It was a wonderful day filled with fun, laughter, community spirit, and fantastic local talent. It was amazing to see so many people come together and make the day such a success.💙

What a fantastic day for our football team! ⚽

Today we headed down to Lancing Football Ground to take part in a football tournament against other services. The team showed great determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the day, making us all incredibly proud.🥅

A huge thank you to Sussex County Football Association for organising such a brilliant event and giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy competitive football in a fun and inclusive environment.💙

Back in May, we had a fantastic time attending a BOBS (Being Our Best Selves) event 💫

It was such a great opportunity to meet new people, explore new places, and build confidence along the way. We got involved in a range of activities focused on boosting our mood, getting our bodies moving, and getting creative 🎨 💃🕺

These events are always so positive and uplifting, we absolutely love being part of them! 💙

A big thank you to Culture Shift for their continued support and for inviting us along. We can’t wait for the next one! 🙌

Back in June, we had the pleasure of attending the Brighton & Hove Discoverability Cricket Day at Sussex Cricket Ground. 🏏

The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Everyone got stuck in and had a brilliant time trying out a range of activities, from cricket and boxing, to fun challenges that really put our hand-eye coordination to the test 👀🙌 🥊

One of the best parts of the day was catching up with familiar faces and reconnecting with old friends, it made the experience even more special!💙

We’re already looking forward to the next event, bring it on! 🎉
