Losing weight is for Women Only ?
Absolutely not -last week we have been celebrating our amazing men in our Slimming World Groups .
As a group we have not just worked on what to eat , but building different habits and the results have been wonderful . Habit changes takes effort and support and these men have been incredible.
The pictures here represent over 25 stones lost by eating real food , making real achievable changes and getting real support from real people going through the exact same .
