Move, Breath and Be Still with Shanti Deva is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and return to the present moment through mindful movement, conscious breathwork, and meditation. This class invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are — with compassion, awareness, and without judgment.

Blending gentle yoga practices with breath awareness and stillness, each session offers an opportunity to release tension, calm the mind, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner balance and peace. Whether you are seeking grounding, restoration, clarity, or simply a moment to pause in the midst of daily life, this practice supports you in becoming fully present with yourself.

Suitable for all levels of experience, Move, Breath and Be Still welcomes complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Modifications and guidance will be offered throughout, creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where everyone can explore at their own pace.

Meditation is the ‘Art of Being’, it’s not about doing anything, controlling or trying to get anywhere but the act of meditating has such a transformational impact all levels of our being.

For me, the true purpose of meditation is to connect with ourselves, so we cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and of the present moment where there is complete absence of anything, just isness.

A biproduct of meditation brings:

- A calmer more balanced mind
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Improved focus and attention
- Improved sleep
- Being happy for no apparent reason
Science has proven that regular meditation can have powerful long-lasting effects. Meditation helps to activate our rest-and-digest system and begin the process of ushering our body back to a more natural and calm state. Our body begins to heal and grows stronger and more resilient.

No matter where you are with your mediation practice, all are welcome.
