ealthy eating plan. Our 'new member talk' begins around 2 minutes after the group's start time, while the other members get weighed and have a chat. I'll then ask you to join the other members and enjoy the session called IMAGE Therapy. It stands for Individual Motivation And Group Experience and it's full of warmth, friendship, laughter, ideas being shared, recipes, inspirational stories and much, much more. Along with the other new members, I'll invite you to enrol and get weighed. (Your weight remains private and confidential) Because of your new member talk your first group usually lasts around an hour an 15 mins and around just 45 mins each week thereafter. I really do care about your success and you'll have my unwavering, year-round commitment to your weight loss! With your dedication to your dream, the support of the group and my guiding hand whenever you need a little help, together we can do it.
