What a beautiful day of garden play 💛🌻✨

It takes a lot to remember that I have chosen joyfilled gentle days, over earning a better income.
We have sacrificed monetary gain for home education, for living life at our own pace,
For 364 days of holiday vibrations, of learning through life: 24/7,
Of flexibility and spontaneity, of listening to our bodies' needs and seasonal energy flows.

Its hard to hold that stress, that financial worry, and to remember its a choice,
And that's why I am so grateful for all of my clients, new and old, clients who return weekly/fortnightly/monthly,
Clients who become a dear part of my life,
Clients who become community and friends,
Clients who help me build such a gentle lovefilled, wonderfilled life for these three kiddoes who deserve such joy, connection and sacrifice.
It is hard being a solo parent, but beautiful beyond measure
It is hard home educating your children, but beautiful beyond measure
It is hard being self employed, but beautiful beyond measure.

Wild rainy showers won't stop our art in the garden today... We made a den late last night.
With giant moths- I couldnt quite ID in the darkness, gathering nectar from the Sage flowers: fluttering under the pear tree ~ it was truly magical and bats circling the Rowan tree under clear skies with distant clouds dissolving into whispy hues, truly beautiful!!!
While Alaina and Orin whispered songs to the tunes they are learning on the piano...💜🩵💛 Secret garden jaunts while others get ready for bed are my favourite!!!
And today we can all sit under our waterproof den and listen to the birds and bask in the sun-drenched-rain-shine of an unsettled June.

We will not be defeated by the rain hehe.
