❤️ If you’ve not been for a while and you’re thinking of re‑joining… make it count.

There is room for everyone, brand new members, returning members, and those who’ve been away for a little while.
70% of members return at some point, because deep down we all know…
We can’t do this on our own.
And we don’t have to.

Yesterday was such a lovely morning in group and it was wonderful to see some returning holiday makers coming back in to group. We dug deep into the psychology of slimming and members went away thinking about their reasonings for joining with mini plans in place for the week ahead.

Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.
