Let’s talk about swelling & bruising ✨

This is something I always explain during consultation before we go ahead, and again with aftercare guidance. Knowing what to expect is part of the process.

But the truth? It’s not always taken in.

So when it does happen, it can feel like a surprise — even though it’s a normal, temporary part of healing.
