What an event; Homcare's Got Talent again showcased just how talented the caregiver community is beyond their kindness and devotion to their profession. 12 professional caregivers stood in front of a packed theatre and entertained everyone. We were very fortunate to have one of our Angels, Jewell Harris, performing and she was fabulous. Unfortunately as this is a talent show, there has to be a winner and it was no easy task for the 4 judges who eventually choose a very talented Macy Shaw with her cover of 'Never Enough' from The Greatest Showman. There's also a serious side to this as it raised funds for . Well done to everyone who entered, you are all incredibly talented.

What a great time yesterday at our Summer Care Fest 2026, music, food, fun and warm sunshine. We were joined by our Angels and their families, community partners, stall holders and our clients raising over £800 for our charity The Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity.
Thank you to all of you who attended to make the day so memorable.
Special thanks go to Phil of ProMo Disco for kindly volunteered to provide the music for the day, Marstons Sport & Social Club for letting us have their great venue, our lovely Angel Lynn who expertly guided the traffic and last but by no means least Sandy, our Community Partnership Lead who single handed organised the whole day and organised all the stall holders

A big shout out and huge thank you to our fabulous carers who pulled out all the stops to cover for sickness this weekend at a time when we already had planned leave….you know who you are and we couldn’t be more grateful, the commitment to your job and your clients is second to none 🥰👏 and you even managed time to come to our CareFest, just amazing 🤩
