I had to visit the ‘Big Tesco’ (anyone else call it that?) in Ashby recently to stock up on my favourite Swartz packet mixes.

I use these a lot in my meals and they are quick and easy to use and produce perfect meals every time.

You can still use these mixes and stay on plan eating healthy meals.

What has Slimming World done for me?

🥰 it’s has given me lots of confidence

🥰 it’s meant I didn’t have to go on certain medications

🥰 it’s given me so much energy

🥰 it’s allowed me to understand my relationship with food

🥰 it’s enabled me to make lots of friends who are so supportive

🥰 it’s allowed me to support people on their weight loss journey as a Slimming World Consultant

So slimming World has given me my life back ☺️

My Sunday roast - Roast Pork dinner which is a winner 😋😋

Presentation 5/10

Taste 10/10

Filling power 11/10

What’s not to like? Roast Pork, roast potatoes with roasted carrots and onion, peas, stuffing and Yorkshire puds (I know it’s not a traditional addition) but it was lovely.

Real food on our food optimising plan with extras like YPs and gravy that’ll be included in my daily plan. What’s not to like?

So last night in group I gave out these fabulous awards from 1/2 stone to 11 stone.

My members have given their all during the summer because they want to get to their dream weight. They’ve shown real commitment and determination.
