Jackie is one of our incredible Target members 🎉🎊

Jackie is Type 1 Diabetic and was reassured to know that Slimming World work in partnership with Diabetes UK when she joined our group.
6 months later, this is the message she sent me, after achieving her that dream Target. It melted my heart. ❤️

" Hi Helen, omg sooo pleased this morning. When I first saw you I said I would like to try to get to 😊 stone, you said what would be your ideal weight, I said 😊st 😊lb, you said ok let's go for it.
I thought that's going to be a struggle !!! But whooooo hooooo I've done it. Your group is amazing and I love going, which is down to you. See you next week 👍🏻😃 xx"

Since then Jackie has actually lowered her Target a little bit more and is well on her way to achieving that new, dream weight. 🎯

🌟🌟 Member Spotlight 🌟🌟

Meet Tracie, our gorgeous summer bride. She has lost a life changing 5 stone 7lb since joining my Slimming World group. We are all so very proud of her.
These are her own powerful words about her slimming journey.

"I chose Slimming World as I wanted an option that still allowed me to eat normal foods but gave me the tools to eat the better options and have guidance along the way.
I personally never liked the thought of weightloss jabs, as I deep down I worried about the after effects of putting things into my body.
I kept attending group each week because I love my group. The continued encouragement and support from Helen and group members, the amazing information, tips and ideas that group offered and because it worked for me.
I was losing the weight I needed too.I also loved going back to exercising especially swimming and clubberise.

Slimming World has changed things for our whole family too. We are all eating better together and doing more exercise together.
My daughter loves getting in the kitchen and making us a Slimming World friendly tea, which is great.
Plus she’s willing to try the new things. We’ve learned that you can still enjoy things like donuts but just made a healthier way, so you don’t feel like you’re missing out.

My wedding was my driving force, I wanted to feel like a beautiful bride on that day and I certainly did, it was all I dreamed of and more.
I want to carry on my journey and I want to lose another 4 stone
