So, it really is the end of an era. She has a 1st class honours degree AND she now has a job, and I’m leaving her to start her new life in London.

I’m so grateful that she’s not alone - special thanks from the bottom of my heart for her London family who I know will look after, look out for, and give her those special hugs .cud and David 😘😘😘😘

Sitting in the beautiful tranquility of Ixworth Park this morning at 7.15am this morning I was suddenly struck by the fact that we are half way through July already! Where has the time gone?

Incredibly all my July appointments at the Self Centre are booked out, and I’ve only got 2 slots left at my private treatment room in Elmswell - Monday 21st at 5pm or Wednesday 23rd at 10am.

There’s a little bit more availability in August, and I’ve just updated my booking page so if you need to book in, please do sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

What a great night last night was!

I got to be part of the audience for Elizabeth Day’s fantastic How to Fail podcast at the Cambridge Corn Exchange. AND her special guest was none other than the brilliant Sir Tony Robinson (NT) 🙇‍♀️ !!!!

I left feeling a sense of release - of relief to know that while we don’t always share our sense of failure, failure is an experience we all share. To be reminded it happens to us all, and that it is in fact “an occupational hazard of being a human being” (Moran).

So here’s to more failures, to embracing failure as an option, and to understanding I am simply human 🥂

Do you need to undress for Bowen Therapy? 🤔

Nope! You stay fully clothed - just wear something comfy (no jeans, tight lycra, or heavy canvas trousers).

Simple, relaxing, and effective.

So what happens in a Bowen session?

1️⃣ I start with an assessment - because the real issue isn’t always where it hurts!

2️⃣ I use precise moves over your muscles and fascia to target areas of dysfunction.

3️⃣ I pause. Yes!!! I leave the room for a minute or so. Why? To allow your body to process & adjust.

And the result? Many people walk away feeling lighter, looser, and more at ease.
