Quiet Space Yoga

Quiet Space Yoga Yoga for everyone! Having spent the last 11 years teaching yoga to mothers, babies and toddlers, I decided to train to teach adult yoga in 2015.

I trained with Brenda Louw, IYN Elder, and am now teaching yoga classes in my local area. Classes are gentle, mixing Hatha and Yin Yoga and tailored to the needs of those in the class. Everyone is welcome and no lycra is necessary! :)
