Mildenhall Slimming World Groups In June 1995 I became the Consultant for Mildenhall Slimming World group which meets in St Johns Church, St Johns Close, Mildenhall every Wednesday. Donna x

From 17 February 2026 Mildenhall Slimming World groups will be moving to our gorgeous new home - The Bell Hotel, *function room*, Mildenhall and I will run 4pm, 5:30pm and 7pm every Tuesday as well as 9:30am and 11am every Wednesday Every week we have five sessions starting at 9:30am, 11am, 4pm, 5.30pm and 7pm and our new slightly shorter timings mean each session finishes one hour and 10 minutes

later. There is no need to book in so just come at the time that suits the best. We have had the honour of national finalists for Woman of the Year, Katie was the national title holder for Diamond Member of the Year, several members have appeared in the Slimming World magazines and other national magazines/newspapers and as a Consultant I have been very privileged to have set two Slimming World records so whether you need to lose a few pounds or several stones then you will truly be in safe hands in all sessions. Sharing the last of our Women of the Year 2026 group winners ❤️

This is the lovely Carol who attends my Tuesday 7pm session in the Bell Hotel in Mildenhall and I’m not at all surprised that her friends in group chose her as their winner.

Carol’s attends group with her husband and daughter - all are doing great. When sharing about her journey then think we could all relate when Carol shared that clothes shopping was a nightmare at her heaviest weight. Any special occasion would have Carol trying on outfit after outfit as she didn’t like any of them 🙂

We might not all love clothes shopping but everyone has shared it’s less tortuous when we are smaller.

Well done Carol and hope you’re feeling better xx

There is almost 22 years between these photos of me with my granddaughter, Ellie and my grandson, Rafael 🥰

I really want to be able to do as much with Rafael as I did with Ellie all those years ago so I stay on my own weight loss journey as being overweight can really affect both our physical and mental health ❤️

Never give up on you as it’s not only your life that improves but all who share our lives benefit when we are feeling amazing.

When I first became the Consultant for Mildenhall Slimming World groups I never dreamed that I would achieve so many of these things BUT I do have THE BEST MEMBERS ❤️

We’ve added quite a few more awards since this photo was shared by Head Office and are on track to achieve 💎DIAMOND💎 again in all sessions next week.

I am so proud of all the amazing men and ladies who attend my groups every week as together you can all achieve more than you believed possible too 🥰 xx

Some more sharing of Mildenhall Slimming World Groups Women of the Year 2026 - the vote was so very close that in this session there was a tie between Nicky and Cherelle 🥰

Both are now at their dream weights and have lost over 7 stone which has given them both back their sparkle. They share that sparkle in the 5:30pm session in Mildenhall Slimming World Group every Tuesday and have been wonderful ambassadors for Slimming World.

Whether you'd like help to improve your mental or physical well being, to get back in your favourite clothes, to get your sparkle back then please come along to The Bell Hotel in Mildenhall to get that help, support and caring every week xx
