The clinic is open Monday to Saturday. Appointments are available on 01284 84 78 84. We have plenty of free parking outside the clinic. We accept most Debit/credit cards, cash/cheque and BACS payments. We are covered by all major insurance providers including BUPA, AXA, AVIVA & Simplyhealth

New Team Member. Welcome, Olivia!

Olivia provides tailored massage and stretch therapy designed to reduce muscular tension, relieve pain, and support recovery. Her approach combines hands-on therapeutic techniques with a strong understanding of how posture, movement, and lifestyle factors contribute to discomfort.
With a client-centred philosophy, Olivia works to help the body relax, restore balance, and function at its best. Each treatment is adapted to the individual, ensuring effective, results-driven care that supports both immediate relief and long-term wellbeing.
She is also currently working towards her Sports Massage Qualification.

She will be available in clinic on Fridays 9-1pm starting from 8th May.
