This week we’re celebrating Paul’s work anniversary with Ability Case Management!
As Operations Manager, Paul keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. His calm, practical support helps the wider team stay organised and gives our case managers more time to focus on clients.
He is also our resident spreadsheet enthusiast — the more tabs, formulas and colour coding, the better.
