Ability Case Management Ability Case Management provide an independent service with a duty of care to the client and their family members.

Ability Case Management coordinates person-focused rehabilitation and support for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury and/or Orthopaedic Injury. Our aim is to support clients achieve their full potential after injury.

What a fantastic evening at the celebration event!

The event was attended by Kirsty Jefferies & Aaron Findley it was lovely to catch up with both familiar and new faces throughout the evening. All of the DJs did an amazing job!

Events like these really highlight the importance of community, inclusion, and bringing people together in such a positive and supportive environment.

Yesterday, David Lowe hosted a warm-up event for the Bond Turner Mont Blanc Trek. Together, we completed an incredible 100K in 8 hours.

A fantastic afternoon at the football event hosted by , attended by David Lowe, Ed Leonards and Kirsty Jefferies on behalf of the team.

It was truly inspiring to see clients, staff and professionals come together through sport, with such strong peer support, determination and encouragement shown throughout the event. It was also a pleasure to catch up with colleagues and clients and to witness the continued progress individuals are making within their rehabilitation journeys.

What Ryan Price has created is something very special, providing opportunities for connection, confidence building and meaningful engagement within the community.

Thank you for having us- we thoroughly enjoyed being part of such a positive and uplifting event. ⚽
