💙 Important NHS MenB Vaccination – One-Off Programme for Young People

Please share with any families who have teenagers heading off to university this autumn.
Scout Moor Pharmacy is offering the NHS MenB vaccine to eligible people as part of this one-off catch-up programme.
We are expecting delivery of vaccine 22nd July (Wednesday afternoon)
If you or your child has been invited, don’t delay- 2 doses before starting university or college helps provide the best protection.

As for Flu and Covid, appointments may be booked using the NHS national booking system. Alternatively, contact us for a drop in appointment. As supplies stabilise in the early days of the programme, please contact us to confirm availability of vaccine before booking.

💉🦠Our Spring Covid vaccination service starts this week. So if you are over 75 or immunosuppressed get yourself protected and get the job done at your local village pharmacy 🏥. We are expecting the vaccines tomorrow (Tuesday 14th am). Please book your vaccination using the online NHS booking system or else drop in and we will fit you in.

Worried about bacterial Meningitis? The current outbreak is now believed to be Meningitis B. If you have children of college or uni age a vaccination is the best way of protecting them from this terrible disease. Please ask us about our Meningitis ACWY and Meningitis B private vaccination service.
