Our Wednesday Mummy Buddies meet-ups are about getting outside, moving gently and meeting other mums.

As the new school term approaches, it's easy to feel the pressure of uniforms, packed lunches, busy mornings and new routines.

But this year, let's do things a little differently...

✨ Let's choose calm over chaos.
✨ Connection over perfection.
✨ Progress over pressure.

Back to school isn't just a big change for children—it's a transition for parents too.

Here are a few gentle ways to make the return to routine feel a little calmer:

🌿 Start adjusting bedtime and morning routines gradually.
📚 Read a favourite story together before bed to help everyone unwind.
🎒 Pack school bags and lay out clothes the night before.
