Tropical Storm Sound Journey 🌩️

Join us this Wednesday for an immersive evening of sound inspired by the power, beauty, and rhythm of nature.

From the gentle patter of rain to rolling thunder, deep drum, gong and atmospheric sounds, this session is designed to transport you into the heart of the storm then into stillness while remaining held in a space of comfort and relaxation.

A chance to switch off from the outside world, lie back, and experience a unique sound journey.

Nothing to do. Nowhere else to be.
Just come and lie down in the sound.

September at New Earth Holistic Sounds ✨️

September feels like a good month to settle back into a rhythm, make a little more time for yourself and ease into the change of season.

Magic Mondays continue on three Mondays this month with Sound & Energy Healing, alongside three very different Wednesday soundbaths: Tropical Storm, a journey into the storm; a heavenly Angelic Soundbath with Angelic Reiki; and a gentle evening of gong, drum and live vocals by me.

Our Floating Soundbath returns to Abraham Moss on Friday 11th September for another evening on the water.

Later in the month, we return to the beautiful Old Hay Barn for another Full Moon Soundbath, bringing together an hour of sound and Reiki in this very special space.

All sessions are suitable for beginners, and advance booking is recommended.

Our Sound Healing Practitioner Training also returns on 19th & 20th September. If you’ve been thinking about taking your own journey with sound further, there are a couple of spaces still available for this weekend. Payment plans are available too, so please get in touch if you’d like more information.

A huge congratulations to Clare and Aimee, who have both successfully completed their final practical with me over the last couple of Mondays as part of their Sound Healing Practitioner Training.

What an absolute joy it was to share the space with them and watch them put everything they’ve learned throughout the course into practice as part of a live soundbath.

From helping to prepare and create the space, welcoming our guests and assisting throughout the soundbath, to listening, observing, and responding sensitively to what was happening in the room, they both did an amazing job.

They worked with so much care and awareness, followed my cues beautifully, and really understood when to contribute and when to simply hold the space.

And the difference it made was incredible. Having additional instruments and layers of sound moving through the room created a whole new dimension to the soundscape and, ultimately, to the experience for everyone who joined us.

I’m super proud of you both and really excited to see where you take what you’ve learned next.

I’m always here when you need me, and you’ll both be very welcome to come back and assist at future sessions.

🌕 HEALING AT THE BARN | THIS THURSDAY

This month’s Healing at the Barn falls on the eve of a Full Moon and partial lunar eclipse.

As the moon moves into Pisces, which is deeply connected with emotion, intuition and surrender, this is a beautiful time to slow down, turn inward and release some of what you’ve been carrying.

Join us for an hour of sound and gentle energy healing, giving you space to switch off, settle into yourself and receive.

I'll be working with crystal bowls, gong and other therapeutic sounds, with gentle energy healing throughout the session from Mikey, Kelly and Aneta ✨️

As always, beginners are very welcome and no experience is required.

A few pictures from a beautiful journey through the storm last night. The energy in the room was incredible. Such a moving experience, lots shifted, lots cleared, and lots of lightness afterwards.

I've always believed that if you go to soundbaths regularly, you are likely to be sensitive to energy. With all the planetary and cosmic activity lately, and not to mention everything else that is happening on our planet right now, it's not surprising that so many people have been going through such an intense time. It's that old adage, as above, so below or as without, so within. So last night, in the energy of the eclipse with the dark moon passing the firey Leo Sun, it was the perfect alignment for release, reset, and washing it all away.

Thank you so much to everyone who came and let go. And to Charley and Kelly for your beautiful energy healing, charged by the lightning! And our lovely new volunteer Andrea, who has been coming to our soundbaths for over 4 years, and last night joined the team helping make the night run smoothly and added and extra dimension of sound during the soundbath, you did an amazing job 🤗

The Tropical Storm returns on Wednesday, September 2nd. The perfect way to start the new month as summer starts to wind down. (Next Wednesday is our Angelic Soundbath 😇🪽✨️)

We are back for our Magic Monday session on Monday, and we've moved the Tropical Storm session to this coming Wednesday.

If you haven't experienced Tropical Storm before, it's not your typical soundbath. It's an invigorating journey through the storm and then into peace, great for shifting energy.

Advance booking is recommended for both sessions.
