It's finally here I did it!!! So many times I wanted to throw the towel in and walk away due to balancing running a business, a family and some personal issues. But I didn't and now I can finally say I am a qualified merishia massage practioner. It was worth l the stress and thank you so much to for being the best teacher and giving me faith in myself.

We are back in Business!!!

I went to Sheffield and have had the crack sealed and repaired. There is still slight visibility of the crack, but I have been reassured that with it being safety glass, it is now completely safe.

I will contact everyone over weekend and get you all booked in.

I honestly can't thank all of you enough, for your patience and love you all showed me. I have the best people around me.

So on this week's episode of Helens life at Roots to Rehab this has happened!!!!

We have a hugggeee crack in the treadmill door. Just what everyone needs on a Monday!!

I've let everyone know for tomorrow whose appointments I've had to cancel. But I've got a glazier contacting me tomorrow regarding repairing it, or if we need a whole new piece of glass.

I want to thank everyone whose been so kind and had to be cancelled last minute. I will update tomorrow with news.

This is my gorgeous Tri pawd girly Chaser, who I see regularly for Hydrotherapy. Her owner sent me this the other day as she competed in scrufts, with a description of the days events.

Chaser went to a Scrufts dog show on Sunday.
She came 4th in the Veteran (over 8 years old) cos she doesn't look old!
🥉3rd in the Princess class.
🥈2nd in the Prettiest Eyes and
🥇1st in the Dog the Judge would Most like to Take Home! 🎉🐶👏🏻🏆🥇🥈🥉She really knew she had done something special and is so happy! She wore all her rosettes on her collar 'til she went to bed and her first prize was a frog soft toy which she loves and carries round everywhere 😁🐶👏🏻👏🏻🐸

Meet gorgeous golden girly Annie she is nearly 13 years young, and she's doing incredible.

Annie has some osteoarthritis and some muscle loss. But that doesn't stop her. She has took to hydrotherapy like a natural she is the happiest girl and her tail never stops, so wear your rain mac...

Shes had a few sessions with me now, and already the difference is amazing....her muscle is building and her Range of movement has improved greatly.

If you can do anything today be more Annie, smiley, happy and with a waggy tail.

Cecil this morning is preforming is amateur dramatics, and auditioning for the staring Role as the witch in the Wizard of Oz.

Good morning everyone... Pus Pus and Cecil would like to advise that appointments are being cancelled today and possibly the rest of the week.

It has been impossible to regulate the temperature of the water in the treadmill and the van, and the safety and welfare of the dogs is my upmost priority.....

However I have ordered an air conditioning unit, which fingers crossed will be here today or tomorrow.🤞Which then means the van will be a cool and safe environment to treat them in.

So everyone of my customers furry and human. Please keep as cool as possible, I'm sending Cooling thoughts, as this heat is no good for anyone!! ###
