Iโm losing weight so I need to eat less calories soโฆ
๐I just had a piece of toast
๐ฅบI just had one pancake
๐I just had a small portion of oats
Do these brunchโs from this week make it look like Iโm hungry? like Iโm missing out? Like Iโm living on tiny portions? I absolutely am eating less calories. Iโm in a calorie defecit. But hungry? Absolutely not.
