Persona Care and Support We enable support that makes a positive impact with days, stays and lives, including Bury Shared Lives.

Whatever you need from life, we will help you to get there, with person centred support for adults across the Bury area with Persona and with Bury Shared Lives. Whether you or someone in your life needs support with living with Dementia, learning disabilities, extra care, short stay (respite) or older people's day services, contact us and if we can't help, we'll put you in touch with someone who can. A picture paints worth a thousand words....

and we love any excuse to dress up at Grundy Hub!

Thanks to the Moondance trio for bringing music to Elmhurst over the summer.

We've had a busy few weeks, knitting ladybirds, dragonflies, bees, frogs and flowers, making some Rocky Road and celebrating National Cream Tea Day with our own handpainted mugs!
