Hello and thank-you for visiting my page and listening to my story. My background and experience is in Beauty and Holistic Therapies and my 25 year journey has taken me into the realms of Massage therapy, Reiki healing, Crystal and Colour healing, Aromatherapy and sound healing to name but a few. During the years I have witnessed deep healing and transformation on every level and met many, many wo

nderful people, my aim has always been to create a nurturing, safe, relaxing space and the opportunity to 're-connect' and re-kindle the light within, to empower and bring realisation of the potential we all possess. Stress has sadly become a huge factor in the health and wellbeing of countless people in this modern age, lack of time and the fast pace of life, how many times do we say " I just don't have the time", a reply we are all guilty of......but it is up to us to create that time. There is a great need for people to re-connect, retreat, relax and 'breathe', Bramble and Shine provides the space for that to happen...Bramble and Shine offers mini retreats, meditation and creative workshops and regular social gatherings to promote wellbeing, fun and inspiration.

I’ve been a bit quiet on here…….I had a wonderful weekend in North Wales at my nieces wedding…♡♡♡

The weather was gorgeous and the whole weekend was brimming with so much joy, love and happy tears.

♡♡JOURNEY OF THE HEART♡♡

Over two years ago and during a time I was struggling to loosen the grip of anxiety, I embarked on a trip to Ireland, and as I began to relax I was guided to observe, listen and write. It was then that the guidance and inspiration for 'THE JOURNEY OF THE HEART' began to filter through. I felt peace for the first time in weeks..I watched and listened to nature, the trees and beautiful plants in the garden, the birds, the swans on the lake, the sunrise and the sunset. I realised that I had arrived at a very important stage of my healing journey, I understood it all and what had led me to this point, a deep realisation had taken place.....

I have almost arrived at a place where the journey of the Heart is ready to be shared...it has not been rushed or forced.. My wish is that many can benefit from my own 'Journey of the Heart' and I'd love to walk beside you if you choose to embark on yours.....♡♥︎♡

I always think of Easter as being the in-between time....letting go of what has been and the anticipation of what is germinating and ready to burst into life...the egg reminds us of all that is waiting to hatch.

April's full moon is the first full moon of spring.

Whilst the name 'pink moon' might suggest a rosy-coloured moon, the reality is that the name comes from the early spring bloom of a wildflower native to eastern North America, commonly known as creeping phlox or moss phlox. This flower, often called 'moss pink', is in full bloom around Aprils full moon, hence its name the Full Pink Moon.

This full moon in Libra will spotlight on balance In relationships and encouraging us to follow what feels right and will illuminate truth, peace, beauty and growth.

Certain formations and markings can add to the energetic quality of some crystals. This Arkansas quartz piece is a record keeper and has self-healed, making her a very potent and high energy piece.

ℝ𝕖𝕔𝕠𝕣𝕕 𝕜𝕖𝕖𝕡𝕖𝕣 - Usually a quartz specimen featuring raised or indented triangle or triangles as in this case, on one of its termination faces.
