Bury Gateway exists to advance the personal development of people with learning disabilities through a diverse range of opportunities, promoting personal choice and independence and encouraging their full participation, integration and involvement in their organisation and community. Bury Gateway has a drop in, social evening, meaningful short breaks and a junior section every week. In our drop in we do fun and different things everyday,
We go to the gym, we have music and drama sessions, we have a cooking session every Wednesday and we do loads more, including day trips and holidays! Our social night on Thursdays is always a fun filled night where our members can have a drink, socialise, play games and even have a chance at winning the weekly raffle! For a lot of our members it's there only opportunity to have a night out in a safe independent environment..
