BIG news😍

Grow Fitness is growing 🌱🌱🌱

We’re moving into a bigger space 🙌🏼 more than double the size actually🤩

This next step means more room to train, more space to progress, more equipment in the studio, and an overall better environment for you to dive into your fitness journey and reach your goals with me❤️

We’ll also be introducing small group private PT sessions in the near future — keeping that personal, high-quality coaching feel (for up to 5 people per group) who aren’t keen on big groups or busy classes 🫶🏼

But with a little extra energy in the room to spur each other on… and give your PT a bit of stick😵‍💫(As if you don’t already😂)
