Recovery is just as important as training â yet itâs the part most people ignore.
In clinic, I see it every day: people pushing harder, adding more sessions, but never giving their body time to adapt.
Muscles donât grow, joints donât settle, and pain doesnât reduce during training â it happens during recovery.
That means quality sleep, proper load management, mobility work, soft tissue care, and actually listening to the signals your body gives you.
If youâre constantly tight, sore, or picking up the same injuries, itâs rarely because youâre not doing enough.
Most of the time, youâre doing too much without recovering properly.
Train with intent.
Recover with purpose.
Thatâs how long-term performance and pain-free movement are built.
